Declaration of Agreement

This Declaration of Agreement ("Agreement") is made between She Lasers ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") for the purchase of laser engraving services and custom items provided through our website. By placing an order with She Lasers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

**1. Services Provided**

She Lasers specializes in laser engraving services and the creation of custom items as per customer specifications. All designs, engravings, and customizations are created using state-of-the-art laser technology to ensure high-quality results.

 

**2. Customer Responsibilities**

- **Design Specifications:** The Customer is responsible for providing accurate design specifications, including any text, images, and other details necessary for the engraving or customization. She Lasers will use these specifications to create the final product.

- **Approval:** Before production begins, the Customer may be required to approve a proof of the design. It is the Customer's responsibility to carefully review and approve the proof to ensure it meets their requirements.

- **Ownership of Design:** The Customer warrants that they own or have the legal right to use any design, logo, or other material submitted for engraving or customization.

 

**3. Production and Delivery**

- **Production Timeline:** She Lasers will make every effort to complete the production of custom items within the estimated timeline provided at the time of order. However, production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the volume of orders.

- **Shipping:** Delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. She Lasers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or any circumstances beyond our control.

 

**4. Payment Terms**

- **Pricing:** All prices for services and products are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Prices are quoted in USDA and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

- **Payment:** Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as listed on our website. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

 

**5. Returns and Refunds**

- **Custom Orders:** Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales of custom items are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on custom orders unless there is a defect in the product or an error made by She Lasers.

- **Quality Guarantee:** If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

 

**6. Intellectual Property**

- **Company Property:** All designs, logos, and content created by She Lasers, including any templates or custom designs, are the property of She Lasers and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

- **Customer Property:** Any material submitted by the Customer for engraving or customization remains the property of the Customer. However, by submitting material, the Customer grants She Lasers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the material for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

 

**7. Limitation of Liability**

She Lasers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or products, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data. Our total liability to the Customer shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the product or service in question.

 

**8. Governing Law**

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Missouri.

 

**9. Amendments**

She Lasers reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
